“DREDGING AND WIDENING OF NATURAL WATERWAYS FOR FARMING COMMUNITY AT BARANGAYS VALBUENA, PAGDILAO, BADIO, AND BARBAR”

1. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte through the RA 7171-LBM 89 intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWO PESOS & 46/100 (P 9,998,402.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PIN2025-026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Clearing and Grubbing, Dredging Soils (Waterways/River), Mobilization and Demobilization incld. Housekeeping), Occupational Safety and Health, and Project Billboard required within 180 CD after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within the last two (2) years.
