  Description : The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF PARACELIS, through its LDRRM FUND
  intends to apply the sum of ₱500,000.00 being the approved Budget for the
  contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project: Dredging and Construction of Flood Control at Ba-ay Creek, Ba-ay, Bacarri
  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF PARACELIS now invites bids for the above procurement project.
  Completion of the work is required within 15 calendar days . Bidder should
  have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in
  the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders)
  
  2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary
  " pass/ fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)
  otherwise known as " New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)"
