1. The Local Government Unit of Alburquerque, Bohol, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Seventeen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Five Pesos % 55/100(P517,255.55) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Drainage System - Sta. Monica Street, Adjacent to Municipal Gymnasium with Project Identification Number 25-10-15-49. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Alburquerque, Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 45 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
