Drainage Improvement at Brgy. Sauyo, District VI, Quezon City

1. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, in accordance with Sections 7.5 and 7.6 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR), allowing Early Procurement Activities (EPA) intends to apply the sum Fourteen Million, Nine Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Fifteen Pesos and Eighty-Seven Centavos (Php14,989,915.87) being the National Expenditure program (NEP) submitted to Congress as the Indicative Annual Procurement Plan (IAPP) based on the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement Drainage Improvement at Brgy. Sauyo, District VI, Quezon City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

No award of contract shall be made until the approval and effectivity of the General Appropriations Act (GAA).
