  1. The Barangay Sumacab Sur, through the Annual Budget 2026(General Fund) Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Five Hundred Fity Pesos (Php 499,550.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Drainage Canal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The Barangay Sumacab Sur now invites bids for Drainage Canal. Completion of the Works is required from February 13 to March 13,2026. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) weeks from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
  
  3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
