Repair and maintenance of Accounting Office and Supply Office(Tile Setting)

The Deogracias P. Princesa Memorial High School, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the Repair and Maintenance of Office Facilities, specifically tile setting of Accounting Office and Supply Office, with an Approved Budge for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred One Thousand Fifty Pesos (Php 101,050.00) only, chargeable against Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE).

The scope of work improves, but is not limited to:
a. removal of old/defective floor tiles;
b. Surface preparation (cleaning and levelling of floor area;
c. supply Installation of new tiles, grout, and adhesive materials;
d. Finishing and polishing works to ensure uniformity and durability

The procurement shall be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act (RA) 9184 and its 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
