Description : 1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Mabini, Pangasinan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the DOLE Pangkabuhayan Livelihood Project (Goat Raising Project in Brgy. Barlo, Mabini, Pangasinan) in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos (PhP499,920) under the DOLE Fund CY 2023 inclusive of all applicable taxes.
