Apayao Field Office: 1 janitor: January 1, 2025-December 31, 2025
Ifugao Field Office: 1 janitor: January 1, 2025-December 31, 2025
Kalinga Field Office: 1 janitor: January 1, 2025-December 31, 2025
Mountain Province Field Office: 1 janitor: January 1, 2025-December 31, 2025

Qualifications of janitors:

a. Of Good Moral Character
b. Physically and mentally fit to work

The bidder must conduct regular monitoring of its employees (janitors) to be assigned at DOLE-CAR.
