Description: BACKGROUNDDistrict Health Information Software (DHIS2) is a customizable, free and open-source software tool for data collection, validation, analysis, and presentation of aggregate and patient-based statistical data, tailored (but not limited) to integrated health information management activities. Member States have regularly used the regional instance of DHIS2 to report their data to the World Health Organization (WHO), Regional Office for the Western Pacific (WPRO) since 2018. However, there is a strong need to re-design how currently data is being collected and analysed in DHIS2 and also to assist Member States how DHIS2 is being used.Very often, Member states also seek technical support from the Health Information and Intelligence (HII) team for guidance and land scape analysis during digital tool assessments for country implementations.
