1. The Barangay Cogonon, through the APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Pesos (P1,999,360.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract “Distribution of 75kgs Well-Milled Rice for Food Assistance”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Cogonon, now invites bids for the Distribution of 75kgs Well-Milled Rice for Food Assistance. Delivery of goods is required Thirty (30) days from the starting date of receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
