Description : The BARANGAY POBLACION III, SAN JOSE, BATANGAS thru its Disposal Committee hereby invites interested parties to participate for the Auction Sale of its various scrap materials.
The above items may be inspected at Barangay Hall, Barangay Poblacion III, San Jose, Batangas on June 26, 2025 Thursday between 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Bids received lower than Floor Price shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents. Interested bidders may secure copy of this ITB from the Office of Barangay Secretary subject to the following terms and conditions to wit:
1. Bidders are required to enclose/post a Bid Bond in the form of cash, Cashier or Manager-s Check equivalent to Ten Percent (10%) of the Floor Price. All bonds of no-winning bidders are refundable immediately after selection of the winning bidder. However, the winning bidder-s bond shall only be withdrawn upon perfection/completion of the contract.
2. All expenses related to the hauling of the above items shall be borne by the buyer.
