Invitation to Bid for

DISPOSAL OF MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE SERVICE FOR MUNICIPALITY IF BARAS PROVINCE OF RIZAL FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2026

1. The Municipality of Baras, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND (1999-3-03-026-01-001) intends to apply the sum of EIGHT MILLION PESOS (₱ 8,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for procurement of DISPOSAL OF MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE SERVICE FOR MUNICIPALITY IF BARAS PROVINCE OF RIZAL FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Baras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The delivery of the Goods is required within the delivery stated in Section VI Schedule of Requirements of the Bidding Documents.
