INVITATION TO BID FOR
DISASTER RESPONSE & RESCUE EQUIPMENT (Fixed Based Radio with Installation)

1. The Municipality of Balamban, through the Mayor-s Office - 5% DRRM Fund (70%) - Disaster Response & Rescue Equipment Outlay, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY FOUR PESOS AND 80/100 ONLY (₱ 1,136,844.80) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract stated. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Balamban, now invites bids for the DISASTER RESPONSE & RESCUE EQUIPMENT (Fixed Based Radio with Installation) MDRRMO. Delivery of Goods is required 15 days after the issuance of the Notice of Award.
