Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
DIGITALIZATION OF PAYMENTS FOR COLLECTIONS AND DISBURSEMENTS:
FINANCE REQUEST, GENERAL REVENUE COLLECTIONS AND ADMIN
SERVICE SYSTEMS
1) The City Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the
sum of Fifty Million Pesos Only (Php 50,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Digitalization of Payments for
Collections and Disbursements: Finance Request, General Revenue Collections
and Admin Service Systems. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Tarlac now invites bids for software (the applications and
code) and hardware (the physical devices and infrastructure). Delivery of the Goods
is required within ten (10) months. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2)
years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
