Description : "DIGITALIZATION, ACTUAL PLOTTING OF PARCELLARY TAX MAP AND GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) SERVICES FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANAY, CAPIZ -

The SERVICE PROVIDER OR CONSULATANT shall supply all necessary labor, instruments, materials, supplies and other resources to perform the required actual plotting of Tax Map. The scope of work includes the following detailed tasks:

1. Actual plotting on Tax Map shall commence upon receipt of the Notice to procees (NTP) on the services.
2. The service provider shall submit certified true copy of the receipt of Barangay Map by the Municipal Assessor's Office as the final output and basis of the payment.
3. The service provider remains responsible for the accuracy of the Tax Map with technical description (distance and bearing) on every land parcels.

GENERATE PROPERTY INDEX NUMBER (PIN):
