• The Municipality of Balungao, through the FY - 2025 Funded by 20% Municipal Development Fund to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Dietary Supplementation of Expectant Mothers and Children of Municipality of Balungao Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
