Metagenome and whole genome sequencing services 1 set 319,000.00
Specifications: Whole Genome and Shotgun Metagenome Sequencing (minimum of 2GB data output) for mudfish using Illumina NextSeq Sequencer and Illumina Library Prep reagents
Inclusions: sample quality check (QC), library preparation (350bp insert) kit with library QC, sequencing using NovaSeq6000 platform with 150bp paired-end setting and post data QC, temperature-controlled shipping of samples
Turnover time of results: approximately 30 calendar days after successful QC, with download link for raw data
WGS and eDNA metabarcoding (shotgun and targeted) of a total of approximately 18 samples
Inclusion of results: identification and abundance of microbial community, phytoplankton, zooplankton, insects and fish (to be notified/if applicable)
