Description : P.R. No. CO2024-11-1384 - Development of Water Supply System at BPSU Abucay Campus
1. The Bataan Peninsula State University, through the NEP 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Pesos Only (Php25,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Development of Water Supply System at BPSU Abucay Campus. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bataan Peninsula State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the works is required for Three Hundred Sixty (360) calendar days upon the commencement date indicated in the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
