Description : The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal, through the General Funds intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Seven Thousand Four Hundred Six Pesos and Forty Centavos Only (Php1,907,406.40) being the ABC to payments under the contract for DEVELOPMENT OF WATER SOURCE/SYSTEM KAPUTIAN BEACH PARK, BRGY. POBLACION, KAPUTIAN DIST. UNDER PR# 2025-10-5215 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal, through the General Funds intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Seven Thousand Four Hundred Six Pesos and Forty Centavos Only (Php1,907,406.40) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The LGU-Island Garden City of Samal now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the work is required by 150 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
