1. The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority, through the Approved Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum ONE HUNDRED SIXTY NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO PESOS AND TWENTY FIVE CENTAVOS ONLY (P 169,996,582.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), as payment contract for the DEVELOPMENT OF THE VISITORS COMPLEX AT THE SHRINE OF VALOR MT. SAMAT FLAGSHIP TEZ, PILAR, BATAAN UNDER DESIGN AND BUILD SCHEME bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

2. The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority now invites bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the works is required within Four Hundred Seventy (470) calendar days.
