1. The Municipal Government of Mogpog, through the Continuing Appropriation CDF FY 2023 and 2024 to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS (P3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Development of Slaughter House with Holding Pen (Phase III) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
