Description : INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGILITY AND TO BID

The Municipality of Gen. Mariano Alvarez, Cavite, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites prospective contractors to apply to bid for the following contract:

Contract Name : Development of Municipal Compound Phase 3 - Relocation of GMA Statue and Flagpoles
Contract Location : Municipal Compound, Brgy Poblacion 1, Gen. Mariano Alvarez, Cavite
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): 399,602.10

Procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act," and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

To bid for the contract, a bidder must meet the following criteria: (a) Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) license applicable to the project, and (b) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) or Credit Line Commitment (CLC) at least equal to the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check and preliminary examination of bids.
