1.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN, through the 20% LGDF - 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Four Pesos and 60/100 (Php 573,224.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Development of Lapinig Islet as Green Space. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN now invites bids for Development of Lapinig Islet as Green Space. Completion of the Works is required 60 days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II of Instructions to Bidders.
