1. The Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC), through the General Appropriations Act of FY2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Pesos (Php486,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for DEVELMENT OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PROJECT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
