Description : 1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region IX, through the General Appropriations Act for FY 2024 - Continuing Appropriation with Sub-Allotment Advice (SAA) No. CO-R9-101-2025-09-807 dated 1 SEPTEMBER, 2025 intends to apply the sum of FIFTY MILLION PESOS (PHP50,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Development Of Detailed Engineering Design and Construction Of DENR Marine Scientific Research Station (MSRS) At Barangay Lumbal, Vincenzo Sagun, Zamboanga Del Sur. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DENR Region IX, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in minimum of eighteen 18 months (1 and ½ years) maximum of twenty-four 24 months (2 years) upon issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
