The Bulacan State University (BulSU), through the Income Fund-CO intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Pesos (Php 25,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Development, Customization and Implementation of School Management System for Bulacan State University (G-2025-05). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Bulacan State University (BulSU) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids on February 24, 2025, a contract similar to the Project.
