The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office, Eastern Samar (PENRO Eastern Samar), through the General Appropriation Act FY 2024 - Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Fifty Million Pesos ***P 50,000,000.00*** only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Development of the Bill of Quantities, Engineering Design and Construction of DENR Marine Scientific Research Station (MSRS) located at Brgy. Baras, Guiuan, Eastern Samar under P.R. No. 2025-10-142. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
