DEVELOPMENT OF THE BILL OF QUANTITIES, DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGN, AND CONSTRUCTION OF DENR MARINE SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH STATION (MSRS) STAGE 1 IN PAG-ASA ISLAND, MUNICIPALITY OF KALAYAAN, PALAWAN

1. The Biodiversity Management Bureau, through the Government of the Philippines Funds CY 2024 (GOP) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P20,950,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Development of the Bill of Quantities, Detailed Engineering Design, and Construction of DENR Marine Scientific Research Station (MSRS) Stage 1 in Pag-Asa Island, Municipality of Kalayaan, Palawan” and ITB No. 2025-35. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
