The minimum required experience of proposed professional staff is as follows:
• Project Manager - One (1) - With at least five (5) years of relevant experience in organizing, planning, and execution of HR-related consultancy projects. Preferably With experience dealing and working with government offices

• Lead Consultant - One (1) - With master-s degree preferably in any of the following: Psychology, Public Administration, Social Science, or other related fields

• Technical Staff - Three (3) With Bachelor-s degree, preferably in any of the following: Psychology, Social Science, or other allied courses
