DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TIWI MUNICIPAL LEGISLATIVE TRACKING SYSTEM (TIWI-LTRACK)

2) The Local Government Unit of Tiwi, Albay, through the General Fund for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (₱950,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Development and Implementation of Tiwi Municipal Legislative Tracking System (Tiwi-LTrack). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

3) The LGU-Tiwi now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for the Development and implementation of Legislative Tracking System (Tiwi-LTrack). Short-listing documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Commitee (BAC) Secretariat on or before 10:00 a.m., April 14, 2026, at Conference Hall, 2nd Floor Municipal Building, LGU-Tiwi. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
