  Description : The Barangay Tongonan, Kananga, Leyte , through the 20% Development Fund
  intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php 770,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payments under the contract for Development of Alternative Power or Energy Source in Barangay Mulit-Purpose Hall. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
  opening.
  
  2) The Barangay Tongonan, Kananga, Leyte now invites bids for Development of Alternative Power or Energy Source in Barangay Mulit-Purpose Hall. Completion of the Works is required 50 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
