6. COPY OF ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE (ECC) OF THE SEPTAGE TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL FACILITIES
7. COPY OF WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT OF THE SEPTAGE TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL FACILITIES
