Description : Invitation to Bid for DESLUDGING AND SIPHONING OF SEPTIC TANKS AT UPV MIAGAO CAMPUS (ITB-2025-009)

The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES VISAYAS, through the EARMARKED 2025-04-326 CDMO (UPV REPROGRAMMED FUNDS GF-AP) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS (P1,050,900.00) ONLY being the ABC to payments under the contract for “DESLUDGING AND SIPHONING OF SEPTIC TANKS AT UPV MIAGAO CAMPUS (ITB-2025-009)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES VISAYAS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 days from receipt of the Contract. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
