1) The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), through the General Appropriations Act
of 2025, intends to apply the sum of Philippine Pesos Seventy-Three Million Eight
Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Two (Php73,832,362.00) being
the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Design,
Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, and Commissioning of a
Hyperconverged Infrastructure for the Department of Agrarian Reform. Bids received
in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
