INVITATION TO BID

For the Design, Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Furniture and Fixtures

The City Government of Antipolo, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of P 16,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Design, Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Furniture and Fixtures. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The City Government of Antipolo now invites bids for the Design, Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Furniture and Fixtures. Delivery of the Goods is 90 days.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act” as revised by RA 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act” and its IRR.
