Description : DESIGN, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION
OF DIRECT INTERNET ACCESS IN THE
PROVINCIAL NETWORKS IN REGION XII

1. The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region 12
(SOCCSKSARGEN and LAMA), through the NBP Locally-Funded GAA 2025
intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-FOUR MILLION PESOS Only (Php
24,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Design,
Delivery, and Installation of Direct Internet Access in the Provincial Networks in
Region XII. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.

2. The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region 12
(SOCCSKSARGEN and LAMA) now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. The termination of Direct Internet Access shall not exceed thirty days (30)
upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) while the Design, Delivery,
Installation, Integration, Activation, and acceptance of all locations must be
completed not later than Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to
