DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, AND FULL FLORAL EXECUTION OF TIEZA FLOAT FOR PANAGBENGA FESTIVAL 2026 AS PER PR NO. 25-10-0522

Project Identification/Invitation to Bid No. 25-12-0003

1. The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority, through the Approved Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTEEN PESOS AND EIGHTY-SIX CENTAVOS (Php 1,944,415.86) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, AND FULL FLORAL EXECUTION OF TIEZA FLOAT FOR PANAGBENGA FESTIVAL 2026 AS PER PR NO. 25-10-0522. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods shall commence immediately upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The winning bidder must maintain regular communication with the end user throughout the process to ensure timely and effective delivery.
