Description : 1. The Southern Philippines Medical Center, through the Specific Budget of NGAs / Funds / HFEP Fund for the Calendar Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty- Four Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Thirteen Pesos and 25/100 Centavos Only (PHP 24,499,513.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design & Build of Bagong Urgent Care & Ambulatory Service (BUCAS) Center Facility with Bid No. 2025-07-11-089 (ABC No. 2025-051). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

3. The Southern Philippines Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
