Design, Build and Supply of the Project Establishment of Avian Influenza (AI) Laboratory under Operation and Maintenance of ILD 2025

1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for CY 2025 O&M of ILD Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Million Pesos Only (Php100,000,000.00) being the total ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 02-GOODS-ILD-2025.

Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Partial bid is not allowed.

2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 now invites bids for the following:
