1. The Bongabon Water District, through Local Water Utilities Administration GAA 2017 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Two Million Two Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Three Pesos & 97/100 only (Php22,226,963.97) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Water Supply System Improvement Project for Bongabon Water District. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
