  1. The Department of Health Treatment and Rehabilitation Center - Bicutan (DOH TRC - Bicutan), through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Seven Pesos and 28/100 Only (Php 5,499,997.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
