1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through the TRUST FUND (LOCAL GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FUND-FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO LGUS, FY 2025 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT, REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12116) intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED MILLION PESOS (P100,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for DESIGN AND BUILD OF THE WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION SYSTEM IN BARANGAY LAAC (POB.), LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO UNDER PB(CW) PR NO. 25-1261. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
