Treatment Facility at Macabug Slaughterhouse

1. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of the City of Ormoc, Leyte, through its Bids and
Awards Committee, intends to apply the sum of Pesos Eighteen Million Four Hundred
Thousand and 00/100 (Php 18,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract of Design and Build for Upgrading of Waste
Water Treatment Facility at Macabug Slaughterhouse. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of the City of Ormoc, Leyte now invites bids for
the Design and Build for Upgrading of Waste Water Treatment Facility at Macabug
Slaughterhouse as define in the Terms of reference and Scope of Works. Completion of
the Works is required within 156 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a
