  1. The City Government of Puerto Princesa (CGPP), through its Appropriation Ordinance No. 1-2025 (Supplemental Budget No. 1-2025) and General Appropriation Ordinance No. 1-2024 (General Fund 2025), intends to apply the sum, corresponds as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for each of the following developmental infrastructure projects of the CGPP to be implemented in the current fiscal year (CY 2026). Bids received in excess of the respective ABC of the following projects shall be automatically rejected at bid opening, to wit:
