Design and Build of the Security Gate, Extension Wall, and Guard House including Comfort Rooms for the Sandiganbayan Complex in Baguio City
1. The Sandiganbayan, through the Continuing Appropriations and General Appropriations Act of 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (PHP 2,718,900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Design and Build of the Security Gate, Extension Wall, and Guard House including Comfort Rooms for the Sandiganbayan Complex in Baguio City” (SB-BID03-2025). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
