Description : 1. The ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES- REGION VII, Banilad, Mandaue City, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty Million Pesos Only (PHP 40,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for DESIGN AND BUILD SCHEME FOR THE RETROFITTING AND COMPLETION OF EXISTING TWO (2) STOREY UNFINISHED EMB 7 REGIONAL OFFICE BUILDING (REGIONAL ECOLOGICAL CENTER AND LABORATORY). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES- REGION VII, Banilad, Mandaue City, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Works is required 335 Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
