  1) The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the CY 2025 continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Six Million Eight Hundred Eleven Thousand Thirty-Nine Pesos (Php56,811,039.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design and Build Scheme for the Establishment of Hinatuan, Surigao Del Sur Doppler Weather Surveillance Radar Tower, IB 2026-25 INF (PR 2024-11-0779 B). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
