1) The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the CY 2025 continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Forty-Seven Million Six Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Pesos & 24/100 (Php47,684,420.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design and Build Scheme for the Establishment of Digos City, Davao Del Sur Doppler Weather Surveillance Radar Tower, IB 2026-48 INF (PR 2026-04-0320). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PAGASA now invites bids for Design and Build Scheme for the Establishment of Digos City, Davao Del Sur Doppler Weather Surveillance Radar Tower. Completion of the Works is required within five hundred forty-five (545) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
