Description : The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Cotabato Provincial Office, through the RAPID Growth Project Coordination Unit (PCU) Cotabato, is implementing infrastructure repair and improvement activities to enhance the functionality, safety, and sustainability of its office facilities.

The DTI Cotabato Building 2, located at Apo Sandawa Homes Phase 3, Poblacion, Kidapawan City, has been experiencing persistent roof deck leakage, resulting in water intrusion that affects office operations and threatens the structural integrity of the building. To address this issue, the DTI Cotabato PCU proposes the Design, Build, and Implementation of a Roofing Repair Project that will cover and protect the existing roof deck.
The project involves the design and construction of a roofing structure covering an area of approximately 150 square meters, including the installation of all necessary structural supports and finishing works.
