The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority, through the RA 12116 General Appropriations Act Regular 2025 Current and World Bank (WB) and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) for Metro Manila Flood Management Project Phase- I (MMFMP) intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million, Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Two Hundred Ninety-Two Pesos and Eighty-One Centavos (Php15,999,292.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Design and Build: Proposed Improvement and Reconfiguration of the Vitas SWM facility into a Flood and Solid Waste Management Learning Center at the Vitas Pumping Station, Brgy. Tondo, Manila City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
